The tournament consists of two pools, A and B. VakifBank will be competing against teams like Russia’s Dinamo Moscow, Brazil’s Rexona, and Japan’s Hisamitsu Springs in Pool A. Meanwhile, Eczacibasi will face off against teams like Volero, Brazil’s Osasco, and Japan’s NEC Red Rockets in Pool B. The crossover matches and finals will take place on May 13th and 14th, respectively.

Updated Training Roster

The U.S. Women’s National Team, which secured a bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, is ramping up its preparations for the 2017 season. The team currently has 22 players training at the American Sports Centers in Anaheim, California—the official host city for both the U.S. Women’s and Men’s National Teams.
