U.S. Women’s National Team Defeats Brazil in Exhibition Tour Opener

The U.S. Women’s National Team showcased its depth and talent in a thrilling match against Brazil to kick off their four-match exhibition series in Brasilia, Brazil. Karsta Lowe, playing in only her second match for Team USA since winning bronze at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, showcased her skills with 15 points, all from kills.

Rachael Adams, one of the two Olympians on the team’s roster, made her presence felt with 14 points, including nine kills, three blocks, and two aces. Lauren Gibbemeyer, Sarah Wilhite Parsons, and Annie Drews also made significant contributions to the team’s success, adding 11 points each to the scoreboard.
