The United States made a dominant performance at the NORCECA Pigeon Point tournament, winning four medals in the last regular-season event of the Tour. The American teams, Stafford Slick/Mark Burik and Caitlin Ledoux/Emily Stockman, claimed two gold medals. Additionally, Emily Day/Irene Pollock and Ryan Doherty/John Mayer secured bronze medals. This victory marks the second consecutive year that the U.S. has achieved both gold and bronze on the women’s podium in St. Lucia, as well as back-to-back gold on the men’s side.

In the women’s finale, Caitlin Ledoux and Emily Stockman defeated Karen Cope Charles and Natalia Alfaro of Costa Rica in a thrilling match, winning 21-19, 21-13. Ledoux and Stockman took an early lead in the first set but faced a strong comeback from the Costa Ricans before eventually securing the set. In the second set, the Americans maintained their advantage, clinching the set and the title.

Ledoux and Stockman’s path to the final included a 2-1 record in pool play and a straight-set victory against Canada in the quarterfinals. In the semifinals, they faced a rematch against Emily Day/Irene Pollock, who had previously defeated them in pool play. However, Ledoux and Stockman turned the tables, defeating their compatriots 21-19, 22-20.
